Payment and Cancelation Policy

The amount corresponding to the first night of your stay is charged at the day of booking. The balance will be processed automatically to your card by PRAGUE HOLIDAY Ltd. after your arrival.

You can cancel your reservation more then 48 hours prior the scheduled arrival free of charge; we keep 10 EUR as handling fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before you scheduled arrival, the cancellation fee is one night charge.

No show is considered as late cancellation.

Card Verification Code (CVC)
The Card Verification Code, or CVC, is an extra code printed on your debit or credit card. (Visa, MasterCard, bank cards etc.) it is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the reverse of your card.
As the CVC is not embossed (like the card number), the CVC is not printed on any receipts, hence it is not likely to be known by anyone other than the actual card owner. With American Express the CVC appears as a separate 4-digit code printed on the front of your card.
